The recent refurbishment of a contemporary office in London’s Covent Garden highlights the benefit of the two company’s combined expertise. Washroom delivered the washrooms on each floor, while Cre8 installed the wall panelling in the redesigned reception area. The bespoke, ultra-lightweight wall panels, which are inset with the building’s logo, were manufactured using the latest technology and employ raw concrete.

Washroom’s full-height Alto toilet cubicle doors were specified in white high-pressure laminate with matching Corian solid surface edging for the new self-contained superloos. The black ironmongery for the door signage and locks stand out against the crisp white cubicles, reflecting the building’s minimalist colour palette.

The basement, which was refreshed to complement the monochrome washroom design, houses the staff cycle storage and changing area. Washroom’s glass ilockers, with rounded-edged glass doors, were back-painted in white to contrast with the black Legato solid grade laminate benching installed.
