The Rooflight Company’s neo Advance rooflight delivers market-leading thermal efficiency by achieving whole window U-values as low as 1.06 W/m²K with a standard double-glazed unit. This also ensures an optimal light transmittance of 71 per cent through the glass. Condensation and mould problems are eliminated by the Rooflight Company’s unique thermal shield technology. This comprises a UPV extrusion filled with 40mm rigid insulation used in combination with the lining-to-glass detail.

The aluminium-framed neo Advance rooflight provides an ideal solution for design projects located in coastal regions. In keeping with the neo collection, it remains aesthetically pleasing with an unobtrusive look on the outside and frameless appearance on the inside with no unsightly fixings. The rooflight provides a clean, contemporary appearance that adds style to any design project.

Manufactured in-house at the Rooflight Company’s Oxfordshire premises, there are six standard sizes measuring up to 2×1 metres for the motorised opening, and seven sizes up to 3×1 metres for the fixed rooflight. Custom sizes are also available.
