Made-to-measure
Buildings come in all shapes and sizes, so standard-size loft ladders will not be suitable for all projects. The Quadro has been designed to meet the need for a made-to-measure timber loft ladder. Suitable for floor-to-ceiling heights up to 3.44 metres, and for openings starting from 1 x 0.53 metres, the Quadro is suitable for a very wide range of applications.

Latest technology
The Quadro features a traditional folding wooden loft ladder, but that does not mean it is old fashioned! Instead, the hatch incorporates a multi-point latching system that offers an airtight seal. This is combined with a high-level of insulation that achieves a U-value of 0.77 W/m²K. As a result, the Quadro helps to keep in the warmth, stop cold draughts, and reduce energy costs.

The Quadro also benefits from a load rating of 150kg per tread and is manufactured to BS/EN 14975 to ensure safe access to lofts. Anti-slip wide treads and handrail further enhance both safety and comfort.
