The product enables homeowners, architects, and contractors to create vanity units quickly and cost-effectively. KERDI-BOARD-W retains the key benefits of the original KERDI-BOARD: it is durable, waterproof, lightweight, and easy-to-handle. Ready for tiling upon installation, it can be seamlessly integrated with KERDI-LINE-VARIO drainage profiles.
To enhance its versatility, the set includes a 1¼ inch connection thread, compatible with commercially available siphons or traps. Additionally, it comes with essential KERDI waterproofing components, such as the permanently attached, flexible KERDI collar and KERDI-KERS corner pieces (right and left) for secure wall connections. These components ensure that the installation remains watertight, adhering to Schlüter’s reputation for high-quality, reliable products.
You can choose from two variations of the KERDI-LINE-VARIO drainage profiles, designed to fit over the outlet. The profiles are customisable, height adjustable, and come with matching end caps. Flexibility in design allows for a tailored fit to various bathroom layouts and styles, making it easier to achieve a professional finish.
The unit is designed for wall-mounted taps and can be adapted to various on-site conditions. It can be installed as a floating unit using optional wall brackets or supported on 50 mm thick Schlüter® KERDI-BOARD legs. For an elegant finishing touch, Schlüter’s LIPROTEC system offers a range of profiles for custom lighting of the washbasin/vanity unit.
