Roof access hatch suitable for roof pitch between 0 and 45 degrees
Premier Loft Ladders is now able to offer a sloped roof access hatch with retractable ladder. The highly insulated roof hatch can be installed on a roof pitch between 0 and 45 degrees. It is designed to withstand the wind and weather, and provides excellent thermal efficiency with a U-value of 0.37 W/m²K. In addition, it provides an airtight seal (certified to air permeability Class 4).
Supreme heavy duty retractable ladder with insulated and airtight lower hatch
The roof hatch comes with the ‘Supreme’ heavy duty concertina ladder. The high-strength ladder is counter-balanced for ease-of-use and safe operation. The adjustable angle of the ladder treads mean that they remain flat, regardless of the pitch of the roof. Furthermore, the retractable ladder is stowed out of sight above an airtight and insulated lower hatch when not needed.

The sloped roof hatch is also available with a steel lower hatch that is fire-rated. This provides up to 90-minutes of fire protection and is available for a roof pitch between 0 and 20 degrees.
