Leading decorative casing and enclosure specialist, Pendock, has introduced a new branding structure that groups key product ranges together, simplifying specification, improving website navigation, and upgrading access to product and technical information. The six new brands – Profiles, Radius, Linea, Washroom, SafeHeat and Ducting – group similar products together to make specification easier and more logical. This enables casing solutions to be selected and sourced from the company’s comprehensive range of standard and bespoke products, which are available in a wide choice of materials, finishes and sizes.

Pendock Linea
The extensive Pendock Linea range comprises nine different types of building lining and architectural finishing product, from exterior rooflights, parapets and soffits, to interior pilasters, perimeter casings and ceilings. Applications include airport terminals, railway stations and commercial buildings. The high-performance and aesthetically pleasing linings can be manufactured from a wide range of materials, including plywood, MDF, compact laminate, HPL, moulded glass reinforced plastic, stainless steel and aluminium.

Pendock Radius
Designed for interior and exterior structural steelwork, Pendock Radius unites the company’s six individual column casing types. The range includes interior only casings manufactured from pre-formed plywood and glass reinforced gypsum, alongside aluminium, stainless steel and glass reinforced plastic models for both interior and exterior applications. Every product is available in a range of standard dimensions and shapes, as well as bespoke options. GRP casings can be specified in a broad range of RAL and BS colours, while metal column casings can be specified in wide palette of PPC colours, as well as anodised, brushed, polished and textured finishes.

Providing a comprehensive range of cubicle and washroom systems, Pendock Washroom is designed to meet most specifications and requirements, including multi-cubicle and IPS panels systems. There are five systems to choose from – Classic, Classic Plus, Robust, Ultimate and Education – as well as versatile modular IPS and bespoke solutions. Vanity units, back panels and accessories are available across the range, ensuring design homogeneity, versatility and cost-effectiveness. Applications include retail, health, education, leisure and public buildings.

Forming a key offering for local authorities and housing associations, Pendock Profiles provide a comprehensive range of pipe boxing and casing solutions for concealing heating systems and fire sprinkler or boiler pipework. Included are metal boxing products for external pipework, as well as dedicated accessories aimed simplifying installation and ensuring consistent high-quality finishes are achieved. Among the products available are the MXF fire sprinkler boxing and three-sided CH channel pipe boxing, as well as the MX pipe boxing for concealing building services, which can be specified with melamine and laminated finishes or real wood veneers.

Pendock SafeHeat
Low surface temperature (LST) radiator guards can be found within the Pendock SafeHeat range. The devices are specifically designed to reduce the risk of burn injuries in a wide range of sectors, including care homes, sheltered housing, schools and hospitals. There are three core models: Prima, Ultima and ST, each of which also has a ‘Plus’ model variant that incorporates hidden fixings and drop-down lockable panels to provide easy and unrestricted access by authorised personnel for cleaning and inspection. All models incorporate anti-bacterial coatings as standard.

Last but not least, the Pendock Ducting range is desiged to conceal pipework, electrical cabling and other utilities, while also ensuring easy accessibility for maintenance. Fixed to the surface of the subfloor before screeding, the two-part system comprises a pre-formed, hot-dip galvanised steel tray with a decorative plywood cover that sits flush with the finished floor level. The products can be specified in both standard and non-standard sizes.

The six product ranges are backed by Pendock’s professional and dedicated technical team, as well as the Pendock Install specialist installation service. The company also provides an integrated range of product and support services to meet the specific needs of individual projects, whatever the size or complexity.

Online refresh and restructure
In line with the rebrand, Pendock’s website has been refreshed and restructured to enable architects, designers, specifiers, contractors and installers to easily find the product ranges and information they need. Additional project images have also been added in every section to provide clear examples of the practical and aesthetic benefits they deliver on-site. Technical details, product brochures, drawings and national building specification (NBS) clauses for each range can be quickly located and downloaded.

Pendock’s technical projects manager, Gavin Byram, explained: “Prior to this re-structuring, all our products just fell under the Pendock name and had no clear distinction between the product types or relevant applications. Now they have specific identities, which eases specification and access to information. As we introduce new products, technical details and support information, we will ensure they are available online for viewing and download.”
