Global flooring solutions company and sustainability leader, Interface has introduced fresh colourways for its Woven Gradience™ carpet tile collection. The biophilic-inspired collection now includes an expanded range of foundational and transition colourways, taking cues from the seamless gradients and flowing transitions found in nature.

Building off the success of the collection’s initial launch in 2021, Woven Gradience’s updated colour palette meets the needs of today’s commercial spaces. Designers can explore strong statements, neutral tones, and all the options in between as they look to natural transition styles for design flexibility and wayfinding.

“With Woven Gradience, designers can choose from styles designed to calm, invigorate, soothe, or surprise,” said Kelly Simcox, Head of Global Design at Interface. “The collection delivers subtle spectrums of colour across the floor, helping to define space and guide movement. Woven Gradience’s wide array of colourways give designers greater flexibility to customise the floor for their project’s specific needs – the options are endless.”

Follow the flow
Designed to transform how people move through interiors, Woven Gradience follows nature’s lead. The collection includes two interconnecting woven styles, made to define space through unique transitions. Offered in 500x500mm tile formats, Woven Gradience offers designers the freedom and flexibility to explore. The expanded colour range adds five new base colours and seven new gradients – resulting in 35 options for endless new design and colour possibilities.

Woven Gradience is a low-carbon flooring solution and is Cradle to Cradle Certified® at the Silver level, helping designers make informed procurement decisions and meet project sustainability goals. The collection is made using bio-based materials and 100 per cent recycled content nylon, resulting in a carbon footprint of 3.57 kg CO2e/m² when paired with the company’s CQuest™Bio backing. Customers also have the option to make Woven Gradience into a carbon negative carpet tile by choosing the CQuestBioX backing option.

Additionally, the collection seamlessly installs with Interface’s integrated product portfolio of carpet tile, LVT, and nora® rubber products, delivering a complete flooring solution that addresses all of a project’s varied needs. Woven Gradience also reflects Interface’s commitment to create flooring solutions made with purpose and without compromising on design, performance, or sustainability.

Alongside the Woven Gradience expansion, Interface has introduced In The Mix ™, its latest resilient style blending the on-trend look of terrazzo with the performance benefits of LVT. Available in versatile neutral colourways, the product brings a modern lens to a classic design in a way that supports high-performing commercial spaces.

With In The Mix, Interface is responding to the need for terrazzo-inspired flooring solutions without the complexity and upkeep of traditional terrazzo. The aesthetic is now available in a modular tile format, providing more design flexibility while still delivering on the signature look that terrazzo is known for. And the product, like all Interface LVT, is easy to install and maintain, making it a better solution for many projects.

“Terrazzo is always in fashion, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. However, the traditional technique of blending and pouring the material is too much of a hassle for many commercial spaces,” said Kelly Simcox, Head of Global Design at Interface. “Now we are making this classic aesthetic more accessible to designers—with In The Mix, terrazzo looks can be modular, offer easy installation and maintenance, and help reduce noise. This means the design is now an option for more spaces.”

Timeless design made effortless
Classic aesthetics, the ease of LVT, and a smart price point – that’s what Interface achieved with In The Mix. Featuring a 500x500mm tile format, it provides modularity and more design options for commercial spaces. The product is offered in six neutral colours that align with the classic shades designers desire. With a palette that ranges from the cool and calming pale grey aesthetic of Oyster to the added warmth and dark brown accents of Cavern, In The Mix offers endless design possibilities.

Futureproof with high-performing LVT
Designed for attractive and high-performing spaces, including workplaces, hotels, schools, and more, In the Mix seamlessly integrates with Interface’s integrated portfolio of carpet tile, LVT, and nora® rubber flooring, delivering a complete flooring solution that addresses all of a project’s varied needs.

The product features Interface’s Ceramor+® ceramic bead coating, which minimizes everyday scratching and scuffing and provides enhanced slip resistance. This 4.5 mm LVT quiets distractions with Interface’s Sound Choice+™ backing, offering best-in-class impact sound reduction and floor-to-floor sound transmission. Sound Choice+ LVT reduces impact sound by up to 19 dB, avoiding disturbances between floors and rooms. It also delivers a low carbon footprint of 6.80 kg CO2e/m2.

With In The Mix, Interface continues its commitment to creating flooring made with purpose and without compromise. Delivering a low carbon footprint and enhanced durability, this LVT style ensures that designers receive more – more performance, more design, and more climate progress.
