RIBA London Ethical Practice Special Interest Group to host How Should We Innovate? on the afternoon of Wednesday 7th October at the Building Centre in central London as part of Regenerative Design 2026.

Designed to provide a collaborative space to tackle complex moral, environmental, and structural challenges, the Ethical Practice Special Interest Group is a peer-led initiative primarily organised by the RIBA London Region, which explores issues including: climate and biodiversity; regenerative design; circularity; resource management; ethical procurement; workplace culture; community impact; wellbeing; collaboration, and AI.
Chaired by New-works co-founder and RIBA London Chair Doug Hodgson, the Group’s third event will take place at The Building Centre on Wednesday 7th October as part of Regenerative Design 2026. Entitled How Should We Innovate the afternoon session will bring together varied perspectives to explore ideas for creating an ethical built environment for professionals and communities. It will also share outputs from the the first two Ethical Practice Special Interest Group sessions, held earlier this year in April and July, which asked the questions How should we work? and How should we collaborate?

Launched by Architecture Today, Regenerative Design 2026 is a month-long programme of exhibitions and events that takes place at the Building Centre throughout October 2026.
