Introducing the Architecture Today Awards Committee, an advisory panel that will selected shortlisted finalists ahead of the live presentations on Monday 7 November.

The panel of 18 experts forming the Architecture Today Awards Committee will assess entries and select a shortlist ahead of the final judging for the Architecture Today Awards at a live crit event in London on 7 November.

The committee will put forward three finalists for each of the nine categories: Education; Healthcare; Hospitality, Sport & Leisure; Landscape & Public Realm; Mixed Use & Retail; Religion & Culture; Residential; Transport & Infrastructure; and Workplace.

Composed of professionals from across the built environment industry, the committee will consider key areas of performance including construction approach, environmental performance, user comfort and well-being, accessibility, inclusivity and legibility, adaptability and flexibility, facilitation of sustainable lifestyles, robustness and resilience, biodiversity and natural capital, social impact, civic pride and sense of place, and contribution to shared learning.

The Committee will convene after the submission deadline on 21 September and shortlisted teams will be notified on Friday 30 September and invited to present their project to the jury on Monday 7 November.
