The deadline for entries to this year’s Schüco Excellence Awards, for buildings that feature Schüco facades, window and door systems, has been extended to 2 July.
Entries are invited for the 2021 Schüco Excellence Awards for Design and Innovation, celebrating the skills of architects and specialist contractors. Now in their eighth year, the awards showcase the very best contributions from design teams and the Schüco facade, window and door systems involved. Entries are judged on creativity, innovation, technical expertise and collaboration to deliver architectural intent.
Winning and commended projects will be announced at the awards lunch, hosted by Charlie Luxton, on 16 September at The Banqueting House in London’s Whitehall. An awards supplement will be published in Architecture Today and in a special feature online. Winning entries will also have the opportunity to be presented at events later in the year.
Schüco Awards 2021 judges include (left to right) Ingrid Petit (Fielden Fowles), Steve Mudie (Alinea Consulting), Hazel Joseph (AHMM), Innes Johnston (Max Fordham), Carol Paterson (OMA), Harry Montresor (Montresor Partnership), Daniel Mulligan (Glenn Howells Architects), and Isabel Allen (Architecture Today)
